Former students of Alleyne's Academy in Stone will be able to collect their exam certificates on Monday 14 December 2026. The academy has confirmed a dedicated collection afternoon at its reception between 12pm and 4pm.
The collection day is open to former students who sat GCSE, BTEC or A Level qualifications at Alleyne's Academy after 2023. Students must bring official photographic ID when collecting their certificates.
Alternative collection arrangements
Those unable to attend on 14 December can arrange an appointment to collect their certificates from the academy between 9am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. Appointments must be arranged in advance by emailing exams@alleynes.staffs.sch.uk.
Students can also authorise somebody else to collect their certificates on their behalf. To arrange this, they must email the exams team with the name of their nominated representative. The person collecting the certificates must bring their own photographic ID.
Important deadlines
The academy has advised that exam certificates will be retained until 31 December 2027. Anyone with questions or difficulties arranging collection can contact the exams team at exams@alleynes.staffs.sch.uk.
