The Stone District of the Staffordshire & Birmingham Agricultural Society will host its annual ploughing match at Model Farm, Hanchurch, ST4 8SD. The event takes place on 9–10 September 2026 by invitation of H Sant & Son.
Events and times
Ploughing and hedgelaying classes begin at 9am. Flail hedge cutting classes start at 11.30am.
About the fundraiser
The match is one of six district ploughing matches organised by the Staffordshire & Birmingham Agricultural Society across Staffordshire during September. All funds raised support the Society.
