Lee Walker Butchers is celebrating 50 years of trading in Stone. The business was established by Robert Walker in 1976, and is now run by his son Lee, who has been at the helm for 25 years.
The butcher has served customers across Stone and the surrounding area throughout its five decades in operation. The business released a statement thanking those who have supported it over the years.
Anniversary Message
"Over the years we've met so many wonderful people, and we're incredibly grateful for the loyalty, support, and friendships we've built along the way," the business said.
"We'd like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing customers, our trusted suppliers, and every member of staff, past and present, who has been part of our journey. We simply wouldn't be here without you."
Anniversary Prize Draw
To mark the milestone, Lee Walker Butchers is running a prize draw for a £50 voucher to spend in the shop. To enter, customers should follow the business's Facebook page, like its anniversary post and share the post. The winner will be drawn on Sunday 2 August 2026.
