Stone Town Council has confirmed that the Christmas lights switch on will take place on Thursday 19 November 2026. Entertainment will begin at 5pm, with the lights being switched on at 7pm.
What to expect
A range of performances are planned for the evening, along with funfair rides and a variety of stalls.
Getting a good spot
Councillor Jill Hood, chairman of the council's Tourism and Town Promotion Sub Committee, said: "The Switch On is an extremely popular event so please put the date in your diary and make sure you get into town early to claim a good spot!"
