Barlaston is calling for performers of all ages to take part in the first Barlaston's Got Talent, a community talent show at Barlaston Village Hall on Friday 30 October.
Organisers are seeking around 10 to 12 acts to perform in front of an audience and a guest judging panel. Solo performers, duos and groups are all welcome to enter.
Who can perform and what happens next
The event is open to singers, dancers, musicians, comedians, magicians and performers of all types and ages. Each selected act will have up to five minutes to perform. Organisers say they are open to all types of talent, rather than limiting entries to traditional stage performances.
The judging panel will include professional cruise ship musicians and other special guests. Prizes will be awarded.
How to enter
Anyone interested in taking part must submit an entry by Sunday 18 October. Selected acts will be contacted by Tuesday 20 October.
Entries can be made using the form at the Barlaston's Got Talent entry form. More details about the evening will be announced closer to the date.
