Bin collections in Stone will be delayed by one day during the week of the August bank holiday, Stafford Borough Council has confirmed.
Collections scheduled from Monday 31 August to Friday 4 September will all take place one day later than usual. Residents should put their bins, bags and food waste caddies out by 7am on their revised collection day.

The full revised timetable is:
Monday 31 August collections will take place on Tuesday 1 September
Tuesday 1 September collections will take place on Wednesday 2 September
Wednesday 2 September collections will take place on Thursday 3 September
Thursday 3 September collections will take place on Friday 4 September
Friday 4 September collections will take place on Saturday 5 September
Services affected
The changes apply to green, blue and brown bins, as well as blue recycling bags and the weekly food waste collection service.
