Stone Town Council is hosting a free Summer Weekend of Music on 15th and 16th August 2026, with performances on the High Street and at Stonefield Park.
Summer Street Party – Saturday 15th August
The Summer Street Party takes place on Saturday 15th August on the High Street, starting at 12.30pm. The K-Pop Demon Hunters tribute band performs from 12.45pm, followed by The Cartoon Kings at 2.10pm. The headline act, Imagine ….. The Beatles, begins around 3.50pm. The event is expected to finish at around 5.00pm.
Kath Stanway will compere the day and provide entertainment between sets.
Stone Town Council recommends arriving around midday to secure a good spot. Visitors are encouraged to bring chairs and picnics. Warwick's funfair will operate in the market square and lower High Street. Food and refreshments will be available from High Street cafes, pubs and restaurants, plus vendors selling hot food, ice cream and cakes.
Brass Band Concert – Sunday 16th August
On Sunday 16th August from 2.00pm to 4.00pm, Stone Town Council hosts a brass band concert and cream tea afternoon at Stonefield Park. The event includes a short service to commemorate the Burma Star and those who lived through, served and sacrificed their lives in the Far East during the Second World War.
