Stone Town Council is inviting local community groups to apply for grant funding in the 2026-27 financial year. Applications will be considered by the General Purposes Committee on Tuesday 7 July 2026.
Application deadline
Fully completed application forms must be received by Wednesday 17 June 2026 to be included in the July consideration. Applications can be submitted electronically or in hard copy.
How to apply
Electronic application forms are available in Word or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats. These can be requested by email or downloaded from the Stone Town Council website at www.stonetowncouncil.gov.uk under What We Do – Grants.
Submit electronic applications to [email protected]. Hard copy forms can be sent or hand-delivered to the Council's offices at 15 Station Road, Stone, ST15 8JP. When submitting by post or hand delivery, applicants should follow up with a telephone call or email to confirm receipt.
All applications must be accompanied by a copy of the applicant's most recent accounts.

The application form includes details of eligibility criteria. Stone Town Council distributes grants twice yearly, usually in February and July.
